At the 596th communication, Bro. Melvin Chadow was presented with his 50 year apron and certificate by the RW Albert G. Cortizo, DDGM of the 2nd Nassau District on behalf of the MW Edward G. Gilbert, Grand Master of Masons in the State of New York. Congratulations to Bro. Mel for 50 years of Masonic service.

Maringa Masons StoneOn a recent business trip to Brazil, our Worshipful Master and Senior Deacon came across this stone dedicated by the Masonic Lodge 21 de Abril rito brasileiro de Maringa (April 21 Brazilian Ritual of Maringa. It reads - "The Ideal of Great Men Born a Great Country".




Summer 2009

Summer PicnicThe brothers got together for the annual lodge picnic at the North Hempstead at the North Hempstead Beach Park. Although the weather was wet and dreary, it didn't hamper the brothers and kids from having a good time. We look forward to next summer




Brothers Jeremy Bernstein and Robert Panisse took a Friday afternoon off work and spent part of it touring The Grand Lodge of the State of New York on 23rd street in Manhattan. It was great touring the different ornate lodge rooms and hearing about Masonry's long and exciting history. Once again, Anton, a former member of PPW and one of the tour guides for GLoNY, didn't let the visiting brothers down.
